We require clear access to a driveway, loading zone, or designated parking area. For multi-unit buildings, please ensure we have access to the freight elevator or service corridors during our scheduled window.

The homeowner or an authorized representative must be present at the start of the appointment to confirm exactly which items are to be removed and at the end to ensure the space meets your expectations.

Are there any areas, surfaces, or items that require extra care or should be avoided?

We take great care to protect your walls and floors during removal. If you have delicate hardwood, luxury vinyl, or narrow staircases, please let us know so we can bring extra protective padding or equipment.

Could building rules, regulations, or licensing affect whether the job can proceed?

Many Canadian condos and office complexes have strict rules regarding moving hours and elevator bookings. It is the client's responsibility to secure these time slots according to building bylaws.

Could this service create noticeable mess, dust, water splash, or odors?

Moving old furniture or clearing out long-stored junk can kick up settled dust. We recommend a light cleaning of the area once the items have been removed.

Could weather or site conditions prevent completion as scheduled?

Extreme Canadian weather events, such as severe ice storms or heavy blizzards, may prevent safe travel or loading. In these rare cases, we will reschedule for the next safest available window.
